We publish pkg.pr.new (soon also after updating major deps). This should be advised as "nightly"/"bleeding edge" build to test and not wait for latest changes for a week.

Your Suggestion for Changes

Document this but make sure the tradeoffs are clear. We would recommend stability > bleeding edge.
