Summary

E5 release-gate docs sweep (issue #401, umbrella #389). No code changes — two docs/_base/ additions, the E5 PRP, and the post-release uv.lock version sync.

• RUNBOOKS.md — new "Showcase workspace — preserve/restore/replay semantics" section covering the four mandated operational topics: verbatim destructive replay of reset=true rows, non-unique names, row accumulation with no DELETE endpoint + dangling soft references, and the holiday_rush pinned-window/union-range replay trap.
• DOMAIN_MODEL.md — showcase_workspace aggregate (status machine, soft-reference created_objects, no-FK audit-record rationale, warn-and-continue persistence), a workspace ubiquitous-language row, and an ER-summary line.
• PRPs/PRP-showcase-workspace-E5-release-gate.md — tracked per the per-epic precedent.
• uv.lock — version sync to v0.2.22 (housekeeping).

Gate evidence

Full dogfood evidence is on #401: 8/8 preset matrix conformant (zero undocumented ❌), workspace keep/Load/Replay verified on demo_minimal AND showcase_rich, workspace:<name> tag retrieval confirmed, replay regression green locally + CI run 27427250799.

Validation

• ruff check + ruff format --check + mypy --strict + pyright --strict + 1975 unit tests ✅
• Frontend demo-component vitest: 61/61 ✅
• git diff --stat surgical (10 + 13 doc lines; no EOL noise)
