fix(test): repair main Verify regressions

Summary

• keep standalone hook worker URLs runtime-relative so Rspack compiles the wrapper and separately emitted worker
• make the Cursor workspace/open test compile and execute the real generated pair
• update the audiobook MCP contract for the route and response surface added by Restructure the audiobook-curator example as a composed React application #315

Regression provenance

• hooks.test.ts fails at its introducing commit 69a413b62 from feat(cursor): support workspace/open event routes as fire-and-forget observation #298 because the fixture executes an uncompiled wrapper without its worker/runtime
• examples-contract.test.ts passes before Restructure the audiobook-curator example as a composed React application #315 (f6997c2e4) and fails at merge b1cfe9eb7 after the route count expands from 17 to 18
• clean main at 0e3c444aa reproduced both failures (2 files, 2 tests)

Test plan

• pnpm build
• affected integration suites: 40/40 passed
• pnpm typecheck
• rslint on all changed TypeScript files
