Add a self-service Preferences page covering the per-user language setting (12 supported locales) that drives the main Cube interface and transactional email locale. Move user preferences out of the admin Manage users page and cross-link from embedding localization. The Cube interface ships 12 locales but only 10 distinct languages — Spanish (es-ES/es-MX) and Portuguese (pt-BR/pt-PT) each have two regional variants.
