Select lists break when taller than terminal

Interactive select prompts break when the option list expands past the terminal's vertical height.

• Observed on the sentry init team select ("Which team should own this project?" in packages/cli/src/lib/init/preflight.ts).
• Reporter notes the same failure likely affects other long select lists in the CLI UI, not only team selection.
• Related flow work: Make CLI project team optional with default #1375.
