Situation

Instructions in the Collaborator guide > Reverting commits documentation section do not mention about any need to apply dont-land labels.

If a revert PR is targeting the main branch and the original commit has not been backported to any release line, then backporting would lead to a redundant pair of commit / revert commits in a release line.

Change

Add instructions to the Collaborator guide > Reverting commits documentation section to apply dont-land labels when appropriate.

Advise to add dont-land labels to commit and revert commit pairs
to prevent redundant backporting.
