Add Minimal DI Enhancements for App-Scoped Services

### Scope
- Enable DI to own instances explicitly

### Tasks
- Add `Di::set(string, object)`
- Add `Di::has(string): bool`

### Acceptance Criteria
- Boot stages can register instances
- Factories can check DI safely
