fix(web): onboarding wizard now supports light mode

The first-run welcome wizard was always black. Users with a light theme got a dark wizard, then a light app right after. Teammates flagged it as missing light mode.

The wizard now follows the saved appearance setting (light, dark, or system), using the same default light palette as the rest of the app. Dark stays pinned to true black. Custom theme palettes are still stripped while the wizard is mounted, so it keeps neutral tokens either way. The desktop shell and browser chrome color follow the resolved appearance instead of always reporting dark.
