fix(mobile): smooth composer status pill resizing

The mobile status pill measures its label against its own animated width. Longer connection labels get clipped and resize the capsule in steps as each intermediate layout becomes the next animation target.

Measure labels in a centered host bounded by the overlay instead, so the capsule animates toward a stable content width. Cross-fade text changes within a status kind, and keep long labels on one line. Both native glass and the fallback pill use the same layout.

Validation: mobile typecheck, five existing status tests, and formatting pass. Targeted lint reports only existing warnings in unchanged code. Verified the actual iOS composer against disposable copied state with a temporary status sequence covering growth, shrinkage, timer rollover, connection-label changes, disappearance/reappearance, and the scroll button. Android fallback reviewed in source. Temporary fixtures are not included.

Before and after use the base and head implementations on the same iOS Simulator, thread, viewport, and status sequence. Stills show the reconnect transition; recordings show the full sequence.

• Measures window and overlay layout to derive a bounded width for status labels in floating-working-control.tsx, decoupling label sizing from the capsule's animated width.
• Updates FloatingStatusLabel and StatusLabelRow to use single-line flex shrinking and bounds the absolute row container to the host width.
• Adds status-dependent remount keys so labels remount when non-working status identities change.
